Think about it all the women on the show are absolute ballbusting bitches. They constantly insult and belittle the men, emasculating them dozens of times every episode.
Bernadette constantly tells Howard that his hobby of magic is stupid and childish. (Try telling that to Penn and Teller or David Copperfield.).
Amy constantly belittles and insults Sheldon for liking model trains, comic books and science fiction.
Penny constantly belittles Leonard not only for his interests in comic books and science fiction but she even ridicules his job telling him that physics is "boring" and refusing to allow him to even talk about his work.
At no point is the difference in interests between the men and women treated as anything other than an excuse for the women to accuse the men of being childish and stupid.
The worst example if this is the episode where Sheldon is expected to give up seeing The Force Awakens on opening day because somehow Amy's birthday is more important. It is simply taken for granted by every character that this is the only decent thing for him to do, even though there are at least half a dozen different compromises that would allow both of them to get what they want, possible compromises that are never even discussed because the assumption is that what Amy wants is important but what Sheldon wants doesn't matter at all.
And cowardly men who are pushed around by domineering, emasculating women is a common theme in Chuck Lorre's comedies, for example, Alan and Charlie's mother on 'Two and. a Half Men", or frankly the mother of every male character on every show he has ever made.
Chuck Lorre clearly has a serious problem with women.

It's funny, somewhere out in you-tube land there is a video complaining that the men are selfish and treat the women badly.
HEY WAIT! Here it is:

I don't agree. It is a sit-com constant that men are idiots that need to be taken care of by their betters. There are rare shows that turn that around such as Last Man Standing and According to Jim. ( A favorite line: "Jim can't be right! That means the monkeys will take over the planet!")

Well for TBBT at least, it's really mostly about the main characters being hopeless nerds with no social skills, etc. If they were all gay, they would get "strong men" to take care of everything. Would the show still be misogynistic in that case?

I could only hang in there for a few. My eyes started to glaze, and then it was a case of déjà vu all over again. I got the shakes. It reminded me of Professor Long Winded Monotone and every boring class I’ve ever taken.

The women aren't "treated badly", but it is true that the show does tend to have the attitude that sex is the only possible reason for men and women to interact at all, hence the constant jokes from the others that Sheldon and Amy don't have sex, as if that is anyone's business but theirs.

To be a big dork here... Misogyny is anti female, misandry is anti male, misanthropy is anti everyone.
Also TBBT is racist because of the Jewish and Indian jokes. It is homophobic because of the Raj is he or isn't he jokes. It is anti nerd because they aren't real nerds don't you know. Something to upset everyone. And don't get me started on that laugh track. Ohh and that they are well paid University lads that live and act like they are college freshmen. Good thread idea however.

Fat shaming Deb Deb. It's not a very body positive show. I'm glad we are finally seeing it for what it is.
And the mothers, Oy vey! The mothers on that show !
The truth is out there and here it is.

Anti-Jewish! Just like the show!
They were also anti-food-allergy, making fun of Howard's nut allergy, Leonard's lactose intolerance and that he "can't process corn" (episode 1) etc.

Don't forget poor Zak. Cheap abuse every time he's on. (I'm glad he finally got a girl friend. She seems nice.)
OH WAIT....
spoiler alert

They were made for each other.
Made equally stupid, that is.

Also, let's not forget nut allergy sufferers. Can't see any of them feeling warm-and-fuzzy about the show considering all the yuks generated at the expense of their condition.

This show: Misogynistic because the girls are bossy/Not misogynistic because the girls are the ones with the power
Schrodinger's Cat: Dead/Alive
Escalators: A convenient way to ascend one or more floors/A metal death machine best avoided
