The Large Hadron Collision. My favorite episodes are the earliest ones, and watching Raj flop gleefully onto the bed at the end is priceless.
On a side note, it always looked to me like their hotel room was in an undersea aquarium. It's so blue out the window!

S06E16 "The Tangible Affection Proof. I love the way it end with Penny admitting her issues to Leonard, such a nice moment!

Lucy was one of them that moved on to a good relationship, once they learned what a BAD one was like, thanks to Raj.
