The Large Hadron Collision. My favorite episodes are the earliest ones, and watching Raj flop gleefully onto the bed at the end is priceless.
On a side note, it always looked to me like their hotel room was in an undersea aquarium. It's so blue out the window!

I like the Locomotive Manipulation, too, though. I mean, without it we would have never met train guy!
