Even with non-disclosurers, stuff still comes out. Ran across (therichest.com) this list (15+1) of actors who, no matter howthey were with each other on-camera, were actually
with each other on-set when the camera stop rolling.
I know the above does not apply to members of Team Big Bang, but IF it did which two actors do you think would most likely be nemesis in real life?
I’d go with Cuoco and Bialik. Cuoco used to be the female epicenter of the group; then Shamy happened. Since Parson’s is such a breakout and so much of the focus shifted to Sheldon and Amy’s relationship, Cuoco has been often/pretty much regulated to “supporting”. Must be a blow to to get upstaged/pushed aside by someone who was little more than a walk-on.
Co-Stars Who Did Not Get Along On Set:
(1) DAVID DUCHOVNY & GILLIAN ANDERSON – THE X-FILES
(1A) CHARLIE SHEEN & EVERYONE – TWO AND A HALF MEN (not on the original list--but, added it because it was mentioned in the article)
Great line from Hubert (heard it in an interview) re: her feud with Smith:
"If they wanted me to kiss Will Smith's "A", they should have put it in my contract."

To be fair, nobody on the Fresh Prince set liked Janet Hubert. They fired her, after all, for being so difficult.
I can't speak to the others on the list (although Charlie Sheen is legendary in this), but I'm pretty sure Aniston and Schwimmer didn't hate each other. There's bloopers very late in the Friends run that show them laughing and joking.
I'd also have to disagree about Cuoco/Bialik. The role of Penny would have died a horrible death had they not shaken up the dynamic in season 4. There were a number of episodes where the ladies outshined the guys when they had separate plots. The two that come to mind right away are The Bakersfield Expedition (and the guys' plot on that was great) and then The Troll Manifestation (how hysterical was Bernadette as a beauty pageant contestant?).
Oh, here's the crazy one: Wil Wheaton is supposed to have been a real jerk on the TNG set. And he definitely was in that all Star Trek charity edition of The Weakest Link.

I bet that the entire TNG cast wasn't all that thrilled with Will Wheaton either.
I am thinking that Jim Parsons might be a sore spot being that Sheldon is the star and he has the spinoff.

Think the feeling was mutual; although Smith was her chief target.
As for being difficult; it’s been a minute, but I think one of her primary tirade-topics centered on working with untalented amateurs. Such #&@!*$%+ outbursts definitely are not going to endear anyone to anyone on the receiving end.
As for Cuoco and Bialik...
Maybe that sentiment works for showrunners, sponsors, and even some fans that feel who way about Bialik's addition to the show; but, can't see it working for Cuoco. Probably would be a hard sell to convince Cuoco that her character could no longer continue to carry-the-female-load of the show so they had to bring in someone who could. Wouldn't that give Cuoco even more reason to
her replacement?
As for Wheaton (TNG): I’m thinking, bratty adolescent —a lot more forgivable than an “AH” adult.

There was a line in the show in one of Wheaton's early appearances about how TNG fans hated the Wesley Crusher character

And of course, Star-Wars-Empire-loving Sheldon was just the opposite:
("The Creepy Candy Coating Corollary")
And he's made similar comments in other episodes.

Did they also hate the actor--or was that just Sheldon?

I would have to look this up but Wheaton said something about fan hatred of the character of Wesley Crusher, as I would believe that most kid characters on non kid based shows are generally not liked. And indeed there was. The only thing I remember Sheldon saying about Wheaton's career is that he was the only kid in "Stand by Me" that no one remembers.

I still have a video clip somewhere, apparently it never appeared on youtube (or it did but was then removed for whatever reason), an edited clip of Wesley in a shuttle of some kind, Enterprise fires and destroys it, Worf says "The boy... has been destroyed" followed by applause.

Are we talking “a sore spot” with a particular player, OR with the entire team?

Just an idea that maybe one or two might be irritated about Jim Parsons being maybe the most discussed of the series. Just a hunch.
On the Wheaton topic Sheldon did call Wesley Crusher the Jar Jar Binks of the Star Trek Universe

FKA some of these weren’t true. Jennete Mccurdy and Ariana were best friends especially when they were on the show “Sam & Cat”. They had a fall out years after the show ended and shortly became friends again.
