Penny and Leonard are the shakiest couple but the writers are never breaking them up.

On the whole I think all the main four couples are a good fit. Don't see why any of them would call it quits (of course, given Raj's history, I'm when I include him in the mix).

Think the writing has done a great job of matching personalities. I know there were a lot of 'Shenny' supporters early on; but, can anyone really see Penny (as written) with Sheldon (as written)?

As for Stuart (a nerdologist) and Denise (a nerdologist lover) sounds like a heavenly match to me. More importantly, she went on that first date AND kept seeing him after that first date--she's a keeper.

Each of the guys has his match; even Raj--after all, Anu is just a more grounded Raj in a pantsuit. (I wanted to say "dress", but....)

Technically not a dress, a judges robe with earrings, a self crocheted lace collar and gloves. styled hair and a creepy Mother Bates vibe.

And I'm sure he was smelling daisy fresh again...
