Do you like Raj's finance? Im not feeling her at all.
First off not to sound mean, but I think they could have casted a much hotter, or cuter Indian actress, there are so many beautiful ones. This actress is not all that attractive at all? Remember the actress who played Raj's sister DAMN SHE WAS HOT!
Second off, Raj is literally the American dream. He's the only one who's not white, who's an immigrant, he came to the USA to pursue his dreams, why not have him live the American Dream. Why not have him find the girl of his dreams by a romantic way, not by his parents arrange marriage.
More so, Raj over came so much. Remember for 1/2 the show he could not even speak in public in front of other girls in the room? Then one day he finally over came that and became pretty charming talker with the ladies. Why have him over come that only to be kicked back down to have his parents have to save him and finally find him an arrange marriage wife?
Thirdly, she does not seem all that nice, compassionate, friendly, or would get along with Raj or even their circle. She seems pretty bossy, short tempered, and condescending. It would be much better if Raj found someone who would better fit his personality and had a ton of things in common with him right?

How did Cruel Intentions go wasn't she Ryan's half sister or sister in law and if Ryan got Reese to sleep with him then he go to sleep with SMG too? I never saw the movie actually? How did that movie end?

Yeah I remember this being on the air but never really got around to see it. I remember Jay Mohr had that woman seduce some writer into finishing his screenplay or something right? But that woman wasn't even that hot?

But Anu was a real woman who actually wanted to marry Raj while SMG was another Raj fantasy. I wonder if Indian fans of Raj got upset that he would reject Anu for just another Blond American Fantasy Girl (BAFG).
I bet that Anu would really grow on you once you got to know her. Or until it is revealed that she is an alien and will bite your head off after coitus.

I actually really liked the animal doctor the one that Raj took his dog to see when they had that scare when it ate chocolate. I thought this is Raj's big ROM COM MOVIE moment! Then the writers totally didn't do anything with it?
Plus that veterinarian loved animals obviously and had more in common with Raj than Anu and the others.

Except we don't know if she wanted to get married, have kids, etc. She might have been just one who wanted to "Date" for years...

I did too as did a lot of fans. One of the mysterious of the show that one great woman for Raj is left out so we could see him suffer through one failed romance after another. Yvette the Vet was her name. I mean she even gave Raj her phone number !

Are you talking about the VET? If so who cares Raj could have at least dated someone who he had the most in common with. Shoot even his passion and love for animals that none of the other guys on the show even shared.

Man I know i'll probably be in the minority here but I'd love to see a RAJ spinoff. Shoot call it RAJ and it will be him dating a ton of chicks in LA and then even have him go back to India for a whole story arc and then NYC, Miami. I'd watch every week!

I think this is what's a turn off or scares women, the fact that they just met someone who wants to have kids. I know a lot of guys like this in their late 30's and 40's who just want to get married asap and have kids. like WTF? is your biological clock ticking. These guys are like full of estrogen.
I know this one guy who claims he dumps any girl who is not ready to have kids with him. The problem is we never once ever seen him with a girl or on a date so we think the reality is he's never had a girlfriend before and has never been on a date yet. He's like RAJ but 10X creepier and 10X unlikable.
