Do you like Raj's finance? Im not feeling her at all.

First off not to sound mean, but I think they could have casted a much hotter, or cuter Indian actress, there are so many beautiful ones. This actress is not all that attractive at all? Remember the actress who played Raj's sister DAMN SHE WAS HOT!

Second off, Raj is literally the American dream. He's the only one who's not white, who's an immigrant, he came to the USA to pursue his dreams, why not have him live the American Dream. Why not have him find the girl of his dreams by a romantic way, not by his parents arrange marriage.

More so, Raj over came so much. Remember for 1/2 the show he could not even speak in public in front of other girls in the room? Then one day he finally over came that and became pretty charming talker with the ladies. Why have him over come that only to be kicked back down to have his parents have to save him and finally find him an arrange marriage wife?

Thirdly, she does not seem all that nice, compassionate, friendly, or would get along with Raj or even their circle. She seems pretty bossy, short tempered, and condescending. It would be much better if Raj found someone who would better fit his personality and had a ton of things in common with him right?

So judging by the last episode Raj and his fiancé are coming to grips that they don't know each other at all and can't trust each other.

I think that was messed up that She had her ex boyfriend come over to pick up his water pick and eat dinner with her. This was just straight disrespectful to Raj.

What was even more disrespectful was Raj's invasive behavior. The underhandedness of Raj's secretly monitoring her place clearly outweighs her having her ex come by for his Waterpik and dinner. Whether she was up to conduct unbecoming is debatable; but, when it comes to Raj's actions--there is no doubt.

I disagree. She wanted Raj to install the RING for her. He got a notification that someone came over perhaps he wanted to make sure she safe or that the product worked. If that never happened she probably would have never even admitted that her ex came over for dinner at all. I think people forget in 2019 there are cameras everywhere its not like the 1950's or 1980's where you can literally get away with murder but now there's cameras EVERYWHERE!

Thanks for the laughing.

Asking him to install it is one thing. But if she didn't give permission for HIM to be monitoring the stuff too, rather than just sending to her own phone etc, he was way out of line.

Raj told Anu that he caught the raccoon eating his cheese of the month club so he does check in on it. It reminded me of when Raj and Howard tracked down the drone girl. When they have a piece of tech they cant help but use it.

DAMN that drone story was awesome! imagine if that was how Raj met his wife and that chick worked out. So original!

I understand him checking on HIS of course. But why would he check on HERS, if she didn't specifically want/ask him to? Other than what MrCM says of course. But that is exactly Raj's problem. Or one of them, anyway.

I think he (they) scared the bejesus out of that drone girl. No chance for her (unlike Anu) coming back for seconds.

That (drone story) still would have been an excellent original romance story! The fact that Raj gets married by an arranged marriage is so dull and lazy.

Well; since the writers have jettisoned that arranged marriage storyline--maybe they thought so too?

Had to google jettisoned I read it fast and thought it was slang like the Jetsons lol. Well after this most recent episode. Looked like Raj and Anu were toast but then Raj of course goes back begging as usual and it look like she's willing to take him back. I don't like this arc at all but at least they are smart and realistic enough to date and start over from the beginning again.

Again I hate to sound shallow and mean but Anu just doesn't look hot. I wish they casted a hotter Indian actress. She looked short, stocky basic in this most recent episode.

I’m a big Anu fan; but I agree. Yes, she was home relaxing; but, ‘Wardrobe’ knows what looks becoming on her body type. They could have easily gone with a more figure-flattering casual outfit instead of one that made her look, as you said, "short, stocky" .

What she was wearing made her look very unattractive. But, somehow I think that was intentional. It's so like Team Big Bang to rub viewers face in whatever criticism they launch at the show.

For example: I really think they would have ended Raj’s mutism 5 years earlier if fans had not criticized it so much

On the outside Raj looks good but on the inside he is a mess. Maybe he needs the opposite a companion who is put together well on the inside and maybe not so much looks. Me I think she looks just fine, not great but there is no time left to replace her with someone else.

Why are you a big Anu fan? How is that even possible she was barely in a few episodes and they haven't even really let her character develop or shine at all?

I won't even say Raj looks good on the outside, he pretty much is a total mess inside and out lol. But he is a likable flawed guy. He is a guy you can root for despite his short comings. I like how you are like she looks fine, not great but theres no time left to replace her with someone else LMFAO! Bro its like we all know this is the last season and its not like Raj can meet a new chick with only so many episodes left in the entire show right?

So I am guessing that you want to see a hot chick on the show more for yourself than caring if Raj gets one. The whole Anu thing is too little too late.

It was love at first sight. I like that she isn’t your cookie-cutter, dime-a-dozen, stock-looking character. Also, she has very desirable qualities: ambitious/hardworking/confident/a planner--she knows where she wants to go career-wise and is busy making her way there.

AS FOR LOOKS: - I see nothing wrong with a little meat on the bone. Plus, I’ve never been the kind of person ‘hung up’ on looks. No, I don’t find her drop-dead gorgeous; but I find her nice-looking and she seems to be person who knows how to have fun—plus I like the actress’ portrayal. She seems very natural in the role.

ALSO: - Truth is; think such a strong person could do a lot better than wishy-washy Raj; but, by the same token—she is just the kind of person he needs.

AS FOR LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT: - The minute I saw her I wanted toclapfor the showrunners for having the guts to cast someone against expectations. I knew "The Opposition" would be all over them with negatives; and would have nothing but thumbsdown_tone2thumbsdown_tone2thumbsdown_tone2thumbsdown_tone2thumbsdown_tone2 for her. They easily could have cast the body-type everyone has been clamoring for—but, they did not. I say kudos.
