Well over time, at least, Leonard has developed some musculature. Sheldon is still a wet noodle. He might be able to IMAGINE a lot of wild stuff (although since, like neurobiology, it involves gray\\pink squishy things, he might just not even want to contemplate it) but I doubt he could perform for long.
