Thought you were being sarcastic—so, just threw that out there.
Trust, me if I had any real knowledge re: your cocoa question; I would have given you everything I knew chapter, verse and pedigree. You wouldn't have needed a follow-up question to find out.

Make your own with equal parts unsweetened cocoa (whichever brand you prefer) & brown sugar, plus a pinch of salt. Make a bunch ahead of time or by the cup with hot milk. By the cup I use 2 tablespoons of each (you can use more or less to your taste). Don't forget the pinch of salt.

Using sea salt, or coarse kosher salt for cooking, can make a flavor difference.
But a turd is still a turd.
