Thoughts on the finale/ Thoughts on Avengers Infinity War

This board had been semi-dead recently so anything to liven it up.
My thoughts on the finale: Mark Hamill officiating the wedding was obviously the best part of the episode. People overlooked just how huge a favor Howard did for Sheldon there. Solid season finale but now I wonder how they can end the show with Sheldon and Amy already married
Also: I saw Avengers with the family and my takeaway is that it was great but not the best Marvel movie by any stretch. The ending left me with way too many questions.

Semi-dead is an understatement--but where there's life....
Anyway:
Finale: I enjoyed it more than any episode I've seen in a while. Hamill (stealing Sheldon and Amy's thunder) was indeed the best part. Also, after having given us so much ADD ON: Sheldon's breakthrough - Leonard & Sheldon's "Bro Time" - Bates & Teller - O'Connell & Wheaton--to have Kripke pop-up unexpectedly at the end AND singing was icing-on-the-cake. (Speaking of cake--posters on other Boards are
about not getting to see one).
Infinity War: The ending left me with my mouth open right after a giant WTF had passed through my lips--and saying even that much is almost giving too much away! Looking forward...

Saw it Saturday with my roommate and Fiance, LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best part was the Guardians of the Galaxy arrival with them jamming to music. Ending left me with mouth wide open.

Finale
Really good but too much crammed in there. Should have been a two parter. At this point in the run especially. Hope they continue with the reception next season. Didn't like Bates role. Another pushy bossy mom is not what I want to see. Hamill was of course great. All he has to do is just stand there and he projects awesomeness. I admit I muted the vows as I just don't care about the Shamy any more. Don't find them romantic just tedious. Kripke doing At last was the topper. Plus I can't stand that overplayed song, every wedding, every reception etc.
Infinity War
So much to say. Not the best Marvel movie but a great one to go out on. Really it seemed like an origin story for part two.

I avoid wedding whenever I can--so, didn't know this is such a popular wedding song. Somehow, when I hear it I don't think wedding--I think Ketchup!

Really? I thought "Anticipation" was THE ketchup song.
Funerals are what I avoid now, after the funeral of a former co-worker and her husband who were beaten to death by her ex. Just too sad.

Saw both. Agree on Mark Hamill. And when you can outdo Kathy Bates, you really have something.
Infinity War is obviously set for two parts and they made no attempt to hide that.

How would you rate it from 1-10 and what was your favorite scene?
We saw it in 3D in a D box motioned enhanced theater to get the full experience.
