Stuart and Denise! OK so they're not actually dating but he won her over with his star wars knowledge. What does a boss do when his employee falls in love?
And can we talk about Penny, her standing up to Amy's mom is the boldest thing I've seen her do in 11 seasons. Hopefully Sheldon wins a Nobel prize off his asymmetry Theory and shares it with his new wife.

Yeah--that's the question.
The relationship could be consensual and even initiated by the employee. But, if things go south, ever employer knows the answer to the question: “What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?”
The accusation along can destroy you; and it’s one of the few instances where the “burden of proof” seems to fall on the accused.
What to do?--resist the urge to merge.

But there is no relationship as of now just an invitation to a wedding. Stuart is a boss and Denise an employee. Does Dale still work there ?

Well, Denise was Stuart's plus-one at Shamy's wedding--wouldn't call it a "relationship"; but would call it a "date"? And, when it comes to any such boss-employee goings-on even that could be dicey. (We have to do ethics training--as if you can train someone to be ethical—anyway; not only do we have to avoid wrongdoing—we have to avoid the appearance of wrongdoing.)
As for Dale--can't remember his status.

Dale or someone else has to work there. Stuart and Denise can't run the place by them selves. Now Stuart can hose down the nerds if they get too excited to see the rare girl in the store and Denise can do the job herself very well but who is going to hose down Stuart when Denise is around and turning him on. If Denise did the hosing then Stuart might vaporize from the thrill. The question remains does Stuart even know that Denise thinks he is hot and what is he going to do about it ?

Well, Stuart was sitting right next to her and looking at her when she said "You are so hot!" at the wedding. And he did kind of a weird semi-smile thing. So, my guess is, he does know.

Ms. Davis in HR needs to call Stuart into her office to discuss this Denise matter right away. Yes I know she's at Cal Tech still.... Unless Dale is in charge of these things when Stuart is the one to be reckoned with. Also Raj has to stay away from the store until this is all straightened out. What if Stuart ends up marrying Denise ? Then all the guys except for Raj will be blissfully wed.

Stuart's comic book store has no human resources department, so who is he answerable to? I guess Denise would have to sue him, but she's the one with the crush (apparently). I'd like to see Stuart paired off and happy, but would he be willing to move out of the Wolowitz's house to be with Denise?
I could see Raj being happy as a playboy.

Raj got over his after-Sheldon-Cooper malady. Finding himself in an after-Stuart-Bloom situation maybe too much for him to bear alone. On the bright side, Stuart's shrink would then have an opening available Raj could use.

I kind of miss the days of the guys struggling with women. I have to say, for being a bunch of nerds, they sure ended up with a bunch of hot women.

Well, 2 women is not "a bunch." Amy is not hot.

Eye of the beholder.
Someone who leaves one man "cold" could be another's (to quote Sheldon) "hotsy-totsy".

Yeah--quite a few; except (if memory serves) Howard.
I think with Howard it was: almost Dr. Stephanie; leftover Leslie; "the date sponsored" by Leonard, and that weird Goth girl. Howard seem to have ended up with very few women before he finally landed Bernie. Even Sheldon--without trying/without knowing--did better.

If I wanted to be like Sheldon, who has many OTHER problems too, then maybe I would see Amy as Hot. Would I want to be like Sheldon? Hell no. Anyway I would argue that Sheldon doesn't really see Amy as "hot" either. At least not physically. It's her admiration of him etc, that he really finds attractive.

How? A few other women might have "thrown themselves" at him, but Sheldon was oblivious and even closed the door in their faces more than once. Amy is the first - and only - woman that Sheldon had sex with. Or even dated.
Howard had many other dates/sex partners, but we didn't see them largely because Howard's love life is not the focus of the show. Leonard's and Penny's is. And to a lesser extend, Sheldon's.
Among others, Howard's first was his cousin, and he and Raj also shared that Sailor Moon girl at Comic Con.

What is it with you and sex? Nobody said anything about sex!
The poster said "...they sure ended up with a bunch of hot women." The poster did not say: ...they sure had sex with a bunch of hot women.
