Debate 빅뱅이론

All through the episode, it seemed to me very likely that Sheldon just made up the "Tenant's Association" himself. None of the others seemed to know about it, while if it were some official part of the building or their leases, I think they would have known.

Also, state law might say that someone who stays 30 days has legal rights as a tenant, in terms of a possible eviction etc; but a tenant's association for a building - if there really is one, not just something Sheldon made up (like being pope of that planet he invented in hyperspace - I took that as another clue) - doesn't need to follow that.

I watched part of the episode and was wondering why TPTB chose to write the part about how Sheldon had the food truck banned from their street. Since when can a tenant of a building tell anyone that they can't park on a public street? As long as they have a license from the city to sell their wares, they can generally park anywhere that's legal.

Agree about tenant-Sheldon not being able to ban a legally parked food truck. And, yes, even though as president he had the full weight-and-might of the Tenant Association behind him—still, don’t think a TA could, arbitrarily, send a legally park food truck packing.

Probably would have gone over better if, at least, Sheldon had stated (as he did with the 30-day rental rule) how he was able to get them gone.

All that talk about Pastramy (thank you Penny relaxed ) brought back yum memories....

So the tenants of the building have been going along with some make believe tenants association all this time. Sheldon has been cheating his friends this way as well. Does he pay them back the money he scammed them out of. If there ever was a reason for them to boot him out the door this is it. Just as bad as the itchy sweater he made Leonard wear. Just an awful story idea. Dr. Sheldon and Mr. Hyde ? I could see Sheldon being so obnoxious to the food truck that it just had to move to get away from him. He probably has a restraining order from the food truck as well. Time for Amy to rethink the marriage idea.

Secondly can planets exist in hyperspace ? What is hyperspace ? Is it a real thing or a Star Trek thing? How can a planet have a pope anyways? It is not a governmental post but a church post. Sheldon makes me so confused sometimes. confused

Maybe Sheldon elected himself the Physics Pope of that planet.

And it doesn't really seem like to me that such a small building would have - or need - a "tenant's association" to begin with. One more reason I figure that Sheldon just made it up to suit himself.

YEP!

But the dumbest part about the food truck story was he said he liked the smells but that they distracted him. Close the window Sheldon!

Here's the thing - even if there were a "Tenant Association" with full powers, they can't regulate a properly licensed street vendor. The association regulates the building, not the public street. The owner of the food truck could, and likely would, tell the Association, in this case, Sheldon, to go to hell. Especially if business was - as it appears - booming.

Speaking of associations - we just sold our rental condo on Friday! WOO HOO!!!! I'm no longer a landlord - and it feels GRRRRRRRRRRREAT!!!! Now I never have to deal with that Association again!

Hillarious episode! Best in a very long time!

Probably the same way that food trucker felt when driving away from that obstinate and annoying clown calling himself--Tenant Association President!

I highly doubt there's a "tenant association" anywhere because I've certainly never heard of one. Sheldon does what he does best :in the best interest of Sheldon.
