I've been thinking that Sheldon and Amy will wed most likely in the final season's premiere(so they can give a real thorough ending with closure) or the finals season;s finale. I have three questions:
1) What wedding song do you think Sheldon and Amy will choose if any?
2) For the married folks, what was your wedding song or a wedding song played at your ceremony?
3) What are your favorite songs listed in the love song subgenre of "wedding songs"?
1-For me, I think Sheldon and Amy go without music at the ceremony.
2-We had
Live-All Over You https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hee0aUVnK1U
and Air Supply: Making Love out of Nothing at All https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEd6QUbK2Mw&index=30&list=PLhRy0N4DxIyBXzUGKzUSdZ1qVDoP7-HHJ
The Live song was particular special to us because we both loved the band and the first lines of the song completely defined our relationship
"Our love is like Water, pinned down and abused for being strange, Our love is for no other than me alone for me all day".
Basically everyone in our lives thought we we too different to be together and that song choice was a huge middle finger to all the people who told us that.
3- Personal favorite is Kenny Lattimore- For You https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0PjEntMdpw
Played this one at our vow renewal in 2004

For Sheldon, if he's going to tolerate any music at all, seems like the Imperial March would have to be included somewhere.

-1. If I had to choose their wedding song: "Impossible Dream". No one on Planet Big Bang ever, ever, ever thought such a thing would ever, ever, ever happen--that Amy would be able to reel-him-in (or, for that matter, that he was even reelable) .
I think Sheldon will want the "Star Trek" theme and Amy will want her anthem: "Walking on Sunshine".
But, I think they will go traditional with something like: "Just The Way You Are.” (It fits both of them soooooooooooooooooooooooooo perfectly!)
-2. N/A
-3. Not sure that it could be considered a "wedding song"; but, I think I’d go with 'Willie'; hedge my bet; and do all my apologizing up front: Always On My Mind.

I love the Imperial March idea
The wedding party, including the bride (aka me
), walked down the aisle to "Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts. We all left the chapel to "How Sweet It Is" by James Taylor. My husband and I entered the reception to "I Love Rock n Roll" by Joan Jett, and our first dance was to "At Last" by Etta James. Then we blew the roof off the place with a badass playlist of 80s/90s awesomeness. Word to your mother!
