He's shown a growing activity without alcohol. That and he drinks so infrequently, I'm not sure it matters. I mean, I think you could ask "When Sheldon gets drunk, would he be hungry for food or not?" and it would be about the same.

Considering he has barfed the times we saw him drunk, I'd say no. Barfing does not pair well with sex.
