Well, the 80's didn't invent trite (or BIG hair); but, it sure did pay homage.

Look on the bright side, at least you wont have to hear it again until 2024. Yes, I know even then will be too soon for you; but, at least it's not one of those songs you hear at every-other wedding.

I'm inclined to agree with you, one of the corniest popular songs I can remember. They should have went with a cover of Black hole sun as a tribute to Chris Cornell.

Maybe it's just the passage of time, but I don't remember that song being overplayed as much as Adele is now.
