I doubt he'll even survive the next Avengers movie.

Eight years is a decent run for a show, but not so much for a marriage, even in hollyweird.

Recent interviews with Ana suggest that there has been trouble for awhile. She talks of being lonely when Chris is on location, as well as being uncomfortable having to deal with red carpet and other public fame-related situations. She said she plays a role in public, one that she is not all that keen about. Kind of sad. Rumors that Chris had an affair with JLaw, and that Ana may have a drinking problem, have been flitting about for awhile too.

I think part of it is the fact that his star has grown so immensely she couldn't deal with it. He got super hot and probably has hangers on and women vying for his attention everywhere , starlets and fangirls alike.

That could drive a stake in any relationship, especially one with issues to begin with. He even admitted on a podcast that he used to be less famous when thier relationship started and it affected them when he got more popular.

I suspect the J Law rumors were tabloid fodder at the most, Chris doesn't strike me as the type to cheat especially not with a Hollywood co-worker.

Now, if her drinking played any role in the separation ( shades of Bradgelina anyone?)

That I could believe. It's disappointing because they were looked at as one of the good couples.

Not saying it’s the cause in this case (or the only cause); but, it sure brings to mind that old adage about long-distance relationships.

Also, really makes you wonder how any of these dual-celebrities marriages last. Maybe they are more likely to endure if one is and one isn’t. This way the none-celebrity can choose to go when/where the celebrity goes. But, when both have careers that demand that they be apart for such long stretches at a time...split-happens.

Yup it's true, I got engaged on my birthday last week to my boyfriend of 5 years. He took a chance on asking and I took a chance on saying yes.

I didn't want to draw too much attention with a very off topic "announcement" so I thought I'd subtely mention it and hope people would browse over it 😁.

Starting to seem like one of the longer ones. Can't help but think about "Cuoco" and her countdown-clock marriage to "Sweeting". (Of course, the record to beat still belongs to "Britney"-and-"Jason": 55 Hours.)
