Discuss The Big Bang Theory

I'm not sure if this merits its on thread or not, but I think it might. Inspired in part by Miss Erica, our Calabrian Queen, and our last 2 entries into the song thread, please name a song that a group or solo artist must have had a blast recording.

Here's one: Brick House by The Commodores

OH YAYUH!

Yes, I'm sure Walk Like an Egyptian was fun to perform. My husband would have liked to watch them live. He was in love with Susanna Hoffs...

Then get your hubby over to the screen and watch this movie, although I am sure he already has. It was even directed by Susanna's mom !

I dunno Z. I don't have drool-proof sofas.

Here is one with Spock investigating earth women and their music. Fascinating.

But first he traveled back in time to the 1980s.

No time traveling needed Knixon . The Spock was already there saving whales and keeping buses safe from rowdy hooligans. I suppose before he had to return to the Enterprise he had to drive the Bangles to their show at the center of the earth.

Ah, but he saved the whales and kept the buses safe in 1986. The Bangles went down to Liverpool in 1984.

Still though, I should have specified that he went back in time to the 1980s AGAIN.

Well then it must have been Leonard Nimoy in 1984 and Spock in 1986. If they both arrived at the same time and place in the 1980s that would be almost like matter and anti-matted colliding.

This is my feel-good song:

Rhythm of the Night

No way I can stay sitting when this is playing - I would think the band had a blast performing this live.

This looks like fun too. And I've also used this band to win at games of "band names with names of animals." Nobody remembers them!

Inside Llewyn Davis (2013) - "Please Mr Kennedy"

NOTE 1: “…FORCE AWAKENS” FANS

Recognize: Anyone? Anytwo??

NOTE 2: The way the character Davis reacts to the song was written into the movie when the actor, upon first hearing it, reacted that way.

By now I should not be surprised at our similarities. blush This was not only my favorite song in the 6th grade but I also wanted to marry El Debarge. When I wasn't wanting to marry George Michael.

I guess you didn't know about George Michael back then.

Because otherwise he totally would have married me. wink

Here is one from The Master et al. Even the outfits say "having a blast".

"Weird Al" Yankovic - Tacky

Even serious songs can be fun. Not that this song is all that serious. Not quite Weird Al level but almost
