I think it's a complex but genuine attraction. She likes him, but she's the type of woman who feels entitled to anyone she's interested in regardless of if they reciprocate or not. An "always get what I want" type.

If I were Sheldon, I'd not get attached to any rabbits, to be certain. Besides, it's a very one-way relationship. I paraphrase Ferris Bueller: he won't respect her. Because you can't respect someone who kisses your ass. It just doesn't work.

Sheldon already doesn't respect anyone, and expects everyone to kiss his ***.

I think it's more likely SHE would decide HE was too crazy.
