Well once she's aboard the plane, her arms can come back inside the bag. And in the meantime, if she emitted - or maybe got some kind of electronic gadget to emit - bleeps etc, she could claim to be R2D2 for getting through security.

And then a princess with honeybuns stuck to her head could insert an important message into the suitcase and tell R2D2 Farrah Fowler that some robed guy is her only hope!

Of course you are. I do it all the time (bf and I travel often and BOB always comes with on the plane carry-on) Also Amy's Girard is a toothbrush. She may certainly bring it on the plane

There's a bit in an episode of Babylon 5 where Penn and Teller - playing galactic comedians Rebo and Zooty - arrive at the station, and at Customs, Rebo (Penn) unpacks Zooty (Teller) from his suitcase.

I looked, but apparently there is no clip of it on youtube.
