Season 14 Thoughts *spoilers*

This contains some spoilers, so, you've been warned.
Anyway...
Sooo if Riggs is essentially Derek 2.0, given how the premiere ended I guess that makes Megan Hunt Addison 2.0. Now I'm wondering if she'll be moved over to the spinoff that's in the works like Addison was with Private Practice.
Did they just forget about the boy Jo was going to operate on? The one who thought she looked like the cover of his comic? It seems like they suddenly just forgot it.
Not looking forward to Amelia having a brain tumor storyline. Plus it feels like they've already done such a story before...

I really hope not re: Megan. Too boring and unimaginative.
You know what it looks like they did forget about the boy! Last I remembered was Jo was nervous about doing the surgery by herself and she needed Miranda's husband to be her new Stephanie 😒
I don't really mind Amelia's stroke storyline. Maybe they'll kill her off. She annoys me so I'm not concerned. You're right they did do that before... with Izzie.
I don't know if y'all saw the most recent ep so minor spoilers ahead..... I don't like April telling the girl that she should go to the dance the boy in the hospital because of a proposal gone wrong. I think she should've gone with him because she wanted to, not out of pity or because he went out of his way and possibly severely hurt himself in the process.

She was a last minute recast, and she does favor the original actress to the point they could be twins or at least sisters. I'd have to see the original actress in action (she got a deal on another show), but this actress is ok. Its just with news of the firefighter spinoff, I was thinking "this looks...familiar".
No...I don't think killing her off is what's going to happen. They said she had the tumor for 10 years, and its already been used to explain, retroactively, her flaky wild and impulsive ways (hammered home by her going over ALLLL her cases during those 10 years). Once its gone we'll go through a "who am I now" story arc and she'll realize "wait I DO want kids!" I think this is more about Amelia and Owen than just about Amelia, in other words.
That was kinda weird. You shouldn't feel obligated to go out with anyone. Obligation and pity leads to resentment. But they needed to give Kepner something to do. shrugs
