I recognise that woman at the end but can't place her.. Was she one of Quinn´s aide a season back?

I think she was an agent from Germany or something that Quinn had a fling with. I'm not positive since I didn't see her name in the credits.

Yes, she was Quinn's old flame and has helped out extensively in past seasons.

You mean Astrid? It was also said explicitly as soon as the credits rolled.
She was a fling that also obviously cared for Quinn. At one point Carrie went to her for help with Quinn and she helped despite the fact she didn't seem to like Carrie - probably because of jealousy?
It was a great moment, it's too bad you didn't catch it.
