Extra Details: Has this episode been screened theatrically? has been locked. However, I watched episodes 1, 2 and 3 in the movie theatre back on 2 January 2014 ahead of the Dutch TV premiere on 5 January 2014.

It was a cinema premiere with dozens, maybe 100+ giveaway winners, but I don't remember the exact seat number. Considering the TV bible mentions film festivals, which are often exclusive one-time events in singular locations with named invitees, I consider this as complying by those conditions.
