Unless Robin is seeing an alternate timeline, it really does not make sense, I would think that Enoch transporting them 30 years to a post apocalyptic future would change the events of the past, maybe Enoch kidnapping SHIELD actually caused the Earth to be destroyed because they were not there to stop it, maybe they were the only ones left to protect things in the aftermath of Infinity War because the Avengers were decimated. The audience still has not be given a good answer as to what happened, it is still very vague and they seem to blame Daisy who was transported to the future prior to the events. So a combination of SHIELD not being there and Daisy be gone may have contributed to the destruction of Earth. I have a feeling this storyline will come full circle at some point this season.

The first time around, Daisy got upset and destroyed the world. Fitz and Simmons then spent years trying to figure out a way to fix it, and with young Robin's help, they invented a time machine. At some point later, somebody uses the time machine to bring the SHIELD agents from 2017/2018 to the future. So the time machine altered the course of history, but because of Robin's ability, she somehow retains memories of everything leading up to its use. That's about the gist of it.

It's a time loop. The science is sound albeit a bit confusing.
