But is Aida in the Framework the same Aida in the Real world?? Regardless of that, I think it is established that Aida wants to be loved like no other and it seems she is covetous of Fitz's love for Simmons.

I took Madame Hydra to be the inspiration for Aida. The person Coulson and Mack located before she died.
I think you took it absolutely right. The Aida in the Framework is now the brainwashed real world Aida who felt abandoned and scorned by Radcliffe who is also in the Matrix but apparently NOT brain confused due to the fact that he has no human body to go back home to. Aida 2.0 is a bit more aggressive and controlling than Real Aida (Agnes) and Aida 1.0.
This Aida suffers from a HUGE inferiority complex plus and also lacks self-esteem. She is Pinocchio totally unworthy of humanness and either lacks a soul and or has some really malevolent counter-programming from the Darkhold.
