Well, "Every Inhuman has a purpose" is not some sort of canon fact. It's simply something Lincoln believed
I thoroughly agree with what you so thoughtfully stated. Lincoln's statement was to me nothing more than made up cultural brainwashing that had been passed down by humans and not inhumans. Why would the first Kree Technicians need to tell their first batch of Terrigensis recruits what their purpose was outside of being fodder for their War efforts? I broached that idea/topic in regards to Senator Nader's question to Daisy Johnson about normality. Daisy's response should be that the only entity that could answer that question would be the Kree.
As to the abandoning of the project: Weren't there at least two factions of the Kree? One faction deemed them an abomination but the other probably want their toys er,uh weapons.

Interesting tactic of bestowing upon me the attribute of Inhuman. Since I am not I must respectively decline the appointment to the position of Inhuman recruiter of people to this board. I already have the assignment of Awareness Razing of the board itself. I think my efforts may have yielded some results but I would take no credit for the numbers of IMDB Refugees coming to TMDb and clearly my efforts so far didn't lead anyone to this AoS boards. But give it time....
