Anyone else getting anxious?

The first 8 eps were so well done and built up a new world, pretty much, for the show that I have this sinking feeling it will all fall apart in the back 8. Like last season "Fear" did. "Fear" (which I watched for the first time due to Morgan) was really good in it's first (or front) 8. Then after the break... all went to poop. The crazy woman being the nadir. She started out interesting but was ruined by an inane backstory and the ability to poison an entire case of water with anti-freeze (which is colored green from it's natural clear color just so accidents or intentional issues do not occur). Top it off with Moran's flip flop and... major crash, burn, and let down.
New show runner seems to have good intentions but never forget the man who ruined the show, Scott Pimple, is still the big boss. Am I the only on expecting or fearing (no pun) disaster??

Indeed. In spite of the show's huge departure from its source material, it's managed to hold my interest. Bravo for that. As for "Fear," I feel that either it or TWD always does well at the expense of the other. I liked the last season of FtWD but prefer this season of TWD, so maybe the latter will be just fine. That's assuming my taste can dictate all of that.

I started watching FTWD last year due to Morgan...and it started getting good at the beginning of the last season but when it came back from the break it was horrible! What a mess! Couldn't even tell what was going on with it after that.
As for TWD...I think it's on it's last legs. Everyone is leaving and I really wish they'd put the endgame in sight and work towards a conclusion to the show.
