I thought this was the best episode of the season. I kept thinking that if I had not known anything about the Whisperers arc, I would have been totally mind blown! Even knowing about them, I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. It was down right creepy, and kept me completely engaged. I was scared for Dog the whole time and thought he would be killed! I did not expect the Jesus scene at all! I loved his character, but the scene itself was done so damn well! The dense fog filled night shoot was perfect, as was the spooky cemetery (or whatever that place was) they found themselves stuck in.

We see a complete divide between the communities. Alexandria seems to be on its own from Hilltop and Kingdom now. The cold way Michonne was greeted at Hilltop just has me wondering all the more what the hell happened!?! The only one that seemed even remotely pleased to see Michonne was Carol, and even their conversation seemed a bit awkward.

Negan escaping Alexandria is a bit intriguing, because, as far as we know, he has no allies. I don't see how he could ever become a threat to anyone now.
