This has become so terrible

I hate having to watch this but I came this far and kinda have to keep going. Watching this feels like a job now. A HORRIBLE job.
The recent bullshit with Gabriel is so stupid. When he went blind and stumbled into life saving antibiotics just before knocking over a piggy bank with keys and a map, this show went from crap to ultra crap. Then he magically shoots a walker to save the doctor. Then just when you think God is real, blamo, the doctor dies. Gabriel will obviously lose his faith but we know in a few episodes, God will be performing "miracles" again and we will all feel like idiots for ever doubting his magical existence. So dumb.

It so does, doesn't it? I'm definitely finishing after this season. So much better stuff around to watch I don't want to waste any more time on this.

If a show feels like a chore then just give it up. Shows are to entertain and provide enjoyment.
I personally used to watch it then got bored and tuned out for a few seasons. Season villains? Lost focus on zombie survival and getting a cure. So it kinda seemed pointless after that. This series wouldve benefited if they made it shorter and ended this groups journey.

Agree. It's not worth it anymore. I gave up the season after the prison storyline. It just annoyed me that a lot of the episodes were filler, and no answer is really being given as to why this is happening.
