Isn't it already happening, Lauren Cohen is in talks for a new series on ABC, Danai Gurira is part of the MCU, Norman has been famous for awhile, so he can get easily get work, I imagine Andrew Lincoln will end up in Star Wars. Supposedly Robert Kirkman is gearing up for the end of the series in the next couple years, we will see what happens.
