The latter seems like more of an advantage for Rick's forces than it is for the Saviors.

I thought I read there 200 saviors..I guess it was a misprint its 2000.

After a half season of constant fighting and killing of Saviors the mid-season ends like a video game with Negan refreshing his side with more armed fighters you never saw before. Last we saw Negan he was at the compound with maybe a dozen Saviors, and now he’s got enough men to send to the kingdom, stage a roadblock to capture the Hilltop group, and capture Alexandria. They can’t be from his satellites because they were all hit first.

This show is increasingly becoming a children’s show

Negan and his bullies have been a joke from the get go. It is a plot device to have a seemingly infinite supply of goons.
