So now Carl's got the axe and yeah everyone was shocked, but the truth of the matter is a lot more people need to die. If they are really fighting this big war between the Saviors vs Alexandria and only Carl dies I mean that is just ridiculous they all must have the worst aim with their guns in all of cinematic history.
It looks like they'll hold off killing Negan until the very end of the season or Negan might even make it to the next season, then this show will become even more horrendous to watch. It would be interesting if each episode a new or a few significant characters keep dying that would actually make the fans watch to see who's next to get the boot!

I agree. Death and terror are the prerequisites for all things horror related and this show is desperately lacking in both categories.

Yeah as a fan of the show I like no longer feel worried or scared that anyone will die. I mean they kill off one meaningful character per season now and its not until the mid season finale or season finale talk about PREDICTABLE!

They did it. They finally really did it. You maniacs! You killed him! Damn you! God, damn you all to hell!!

No I missed the latest episode and saw maybe 15 minutes of the previous one. It's been rather busy lately. I'll have some time to catch up during the holidays.

Sorry I thought it was pretty well known that Carl got bitten in the mid season finale. didn't mean to spoil it.

Hey, no worries. I wouldn't be on this discussion board if I were worried about spoilers. Lately, spoilers for The Walking Dead don't bother me as much as they used to in the first 4 or 5 seasons.

I keep hearing the theory that he was bitten by someone dressed up in the skin of a walker and won't end up dying.

It's just like fighting Rick's group: nobody can hit the broad side of a barn. "Far too accurate for Sandpeople." Yeah, right.

Yea, possibly The Whisperers, who are the next group to cause trouble for Rick et al. Some peeps are saying , it was a "clean bite". IDK it looked like a walker bite to me.

Caught up to the latest episode. Yeah, kind of looks like a walker bite, but it might be a hickey or love-bite from Enid.

Hmm, that got me to thinking - shouldn't walkers' teeth be falling out by now? They certainly aren't flossing or otherwise maintaining a healthy dental hygiene routine, nor are they getting enough fiber since fresh vegetables are no longer their primary food source...how are they able to break the skin at all?
