We're in the middle of a big war at the moment. The big battles and confrontations used to be intense. They were the parts that kept me going through all the filler. But now it's just all very mundane. It's very telling when even the exciting bits aren't exciting.
I'm very tempted to stop watching now. But I do want to see them start to rebuild society. I am assuming that's what they're going to do after the war finishes and all the settlements come together.
I hate to say that I feel the same way. It seems that most series end this way for me with few exceptions. Just hearing the theme at the beginning combined with the opening scene would get my blood pumping and heart racing. I miss those days.

I don't know what to do.
I thought that after the war with the Saviors comes the "Whisperer war." I was looking at something that said they might make Daryl a villain, so that could be an interesting diversion. But yeah, I don't see any rebuilding of society coming anytime soon for this show.

Oh, ok. I don't know anything about the comics so I'm sure your right. It just seemed like it was headed that way.
