I have been doing the same for a few seasons...once in a very rare while I have to pay attention. Maybe it's a sign of personal growth? (Yeah, or the show just sucks now.)

I think it's probably the latter, unfortunately.

I don't get it, SMH. Why would you "hate watch"? If you don't like something, just watch something else.

I know right!!! I never wanted to be a hate watcher... Okay well I started watching this show at a time in my life that was very low but it made me get out of my head and I had something to look forward to. It is great to come home on a Monday evening after college and have something to look forward to at the end of the day. At this point now it's very much a habit. I was very very into it at the beginning and was very into the boards on IMDB. I think it is a fair point that I shouldn't come here and complain when I can just stop watching. There just is very little on weekly this time of year that I can watch, I don't have time for binging right now. With hate watching I never understood if you hated a show from the start why keep watching (cough cough J Riddle) but it's not like that for me it's been a slow burn. It's been a huge part of my life for years now, talking to friends about the show, watching reviews and the boards. I wish it would get better but I might have to tap out for a while and come back to it. Then next Monday comes around and I need something to take my mind off work and this is it. So my answer is I don't know...

I thought last episode was very good. Just when I was starting to lose hope......

I'm what way was it good?

I liked the scenes with Gabriel and Negan. I appreciated the insight into both characters. Also the Rick/Daryl brodown.

Well, I know what you mean. I don't hate it, but I am definitely not as engaged as I have been over the previous seasons. Last season, with Negan's intro was the worst to me. JDM is an OTT clown. I don't like him, not because he is a villain. It's that he is a poor actor. I will stick it out if and until Andrew Lincoln leaves, but that's it. I do read the comics an I will come to the boards for the gist when that happens.
