I mean, between the Hilltop, Alexandria, and The Kingdom, they seem to have enough supplies. The smart move would be to placate Negan for a period of time, and have scouts go in the opposite direction of Negan, and find a new base of operations - far away from Negan. Then, like the Baltimore Colts did in the early 1980's, up and move in the middle of the night. Because even after they dispose of the Saviors, which will come at a tremendous cost, they will still have to contend with these garbage-junkyard people. To many battles on too many fronts.

Also, it seems like Negan was well established for years. I find it highly unlikely that he or any of his group hadn't detected and dealt with Alexandria in the previous YEARS that place was just sitting there. I mean, until Rick showed up, apparently the Wolves, the JunkYard Gang, Negan, none of them scouted Alexandria? And they just sat their for 3-4 years having cocktail parties?

Jesus has said "this isn't about revenge". If that's the case, moving away from Negan seems to be an option that should at least merit some consideration.
