I disagree. I think the dream sequence spoke to the world for which they are fighting for. What he wants for their future.

I thought it was perfectly placed. But that's just my opinion.

Yeah, me too. Never read the comics. I agree. I don't think he'll be easily removed. Although, Rick had a perfect shot in last night's season opener.

I think Rick wants a hand to hand combat. Shooting a man you despise from a distance behind protective cover just doesn't seem satisfying enough. He'll need to be looking into his eyes when he delivers that final and fatal blow. It will have to be death by stabbing or an axe or something. It can't be from a bullet.
