After watching the new trailer I have a feeling Rick wakes up in the hospital bed where it all began and realises it was all a dream!! I hope NOT!!

Sure! Rick could wake up, order some pizza from the pizzeria down the st., hear the doorbell ring, open the door, and it's Glenn with his pie ;-)
