Season 8 rumours of a time jump

This either wreaks of desperation. Or it might be a masterstroke. Hard to tell.

Since most of the cast aged visibly it would be smart, so probably they won't do it.

There's a time jump in the comics after the events of the war with the Saviors, if folks aren't aware.
It would be odd to jump before, unless they revisited the war in flashbacks.

The only rationale I can see for a 'jump' is because the writers want a fresh start after a disappointing season.

You'd think 3 years based on how old Judy is. But then you look at how much Carl aged and it messes that up.

LOL I thought the OP was talking about time travel. Between season 2 and 3 there was a 5? month span after leaving the farm and finding the prison. So after the war with the saviors they might skip ahead a couple of years.
