Here's a whole bunch I found memorable:

• Zombie girl and the hey, that's my bike half-walker from the series premiere.
• The RV walker Andrea killed with a screwdriver. Helpful tip: wait till the dead guy leaves before reassembling your gun.
• The one trapped in the mud that Carl was throwing rocks at, and later attacked Dale. One of the creepiest walkers ever.
• The Sta-Puft Marshmallow Man who was stuck in Hershel's well. They went through all that hassle to avoid making a mess and then half his insides poured down the well.
• The angry prison walker Axel kept on stabbing, after Rick explained you have to go for the brain and the inmates just ignored him. Funny scene.
• Mr. Coleman, who would've bit Milton's nose off if Andrea hadn't moved fast.
• The buried in the sand walker who got poor Megan.
• That kid who died in the showers from the flu. He made kind of a freaky walker.
• The old couple out for a stroll walkers that Carl led away from the house he and Rick were crashing in after fleeing the prison.
• The smoking walkers who stumbled out of the fire and chased Lizzie and Mika.
• The Church Lady who went after Gabriel at the food bank. Could it be ... Satan?!
• The battered women and their kids where Carol and Daryl went while they were looking for Beth; we only saw them through the translucent glass, but it was a heartbreaking scene.
• The soldier hanging over the side that Abraham fought for his RPG.
• Deanna Monroe. Whooo's Deanna?

After he got bitten, he wound up down in the prison's basement level (the tombs) with Carol and chose to deliberately Otis himself so she could escape. Later they found a bloody rib cage right about where he was last seen. Poor T!

All the child zombies. It's the one time where the parents wouldn't mind if you punished them with a bullet for misbehaving.

Sam Witwer. He was the zombie in the tank with Rick. He was supposed to have a whole episode where he was the main character and it showed how the Army lost Atlanta to the zombies. However, AMC canned the episode due to budget reasons, and then fired Darabont because he protested against it.

And any Ninja Zombie that pops out of no where and bites the face off a guy. Like the ninja zombie who snuck up on Dale in an open field. Like......he couldn't see a moaning, half decomposed corpse walking his way before getting attacked? Damn Ninjas! Always sneaking up on you.

LOL! The water zombie that got Bob, the tree zombie that got Carter.... I'd forgotten about those ninja zombies (I like to refer to them as teleporting zombies). It's one of those absurd things that make the show so great imo.

It was when Sophia first got lost and everyone left the road into the woods to find her. That's also when Maggie was introduced to the show.
