I think she was wanting 12, and Negan argued down to 10, and that is what they agree on.

I hope we learn more about this trash folk community. Why do they talk the way they do? How did they form? Right now, the way they operate and communicate just doesn't make any sense. Rick should not have trusted them. If nothing else, their demand for so many guns up front should have been a massive red flag. I guess he was desperate, and given hope knowing that there are actually good people out there (like the Kingdom).

Yes. I've been wanting more nuance or depth to Negan. From what I've heard, this is done well in the comics. I think we got a sample of it when we learn that Negan hates rape and even killed his own man on the scene after catching him. The TV Negan has just been so one dimensional; I'd love to see some layers to the character.

Are you sure it was for Negan's people and not Rick's? Where is the dialogue that says it is for Negan's?

It is a huge risk to have 10 Negans infiltrate your camp.
