What do you think will happen to oceanside if anything? Negan may be defeated before he has time to deal with the Amazonian women!

How would he know about Oceanside? His mole has been unmasked: it was Jadis. Rick never told her where the guns were obtained, so Negan probably assumes he discovered a cache somewhere. Most likely a stockpile used by the military during the early days of the outbreak.
