What future role the garbage people have is unclear. They need to make Alexandria's walls harder to scale. It's too damn easy for adversaries to be inside before you know there's a threat. The whole thing is metal so ... maybe electrify it? A couple of kentucky fried garbage people would discourage future attempts very nicely.

They don't seem to want any long-term associations with anyone outside their group. If Negan knows where they live though, as far as he's concerned they work for him. Everyone he meets works for him (or will). So they may continue to fight on the Saviors' side, in which case they're going to have to take them out too. I really want to see them kill Jadis. Shooting Rick and then kicking him over the side like that, what a bitch!

I literally cannot stop looking at her enormous nostrils. I wonder how they get them to look like that? The actress was on Talking Dead last week and they did not look that big. She looks like a pig with cropped square bangs. Very weird.
