do you think he knew what sasha was going to do? maybe is not negan.

he left a wooden toy in the end which Darryl found and it said "didn't know"....Eugene knew sasha will kill herself to give them a fighting chance but he didn't know how and when and what her plan really was.

quite possible, i don't follow the series much so not sure who likes to carve stuff but yeah Dwight leaving it thee is more plausible cause Eugene KNEW about what Sasha was going to do but NEITHER knew anything about the Garbage people joining hands with Negan..Negan kept them both in the dark which means Negan does not trust either.

I don't think Eugene knew her plan, he probably assumed Sasha would kill herself in her cell and then changed her mind. And yes, the "I didn't Know" note was left by Dwight.
