Does anyone else think they are setting it up for Eric to die and then have Aaron and Jesus get together? I am thinking Eric may be one of the season finale's casulties? He has gotten some screen time recently after we haven't seen him really at all. They did make sure to get it in that Jesus is gay in last weeks episode. Plus, when they were setting up the dynomite, Jesus looked at Aaron and Eric in that lovingly way.

It's very possible. There's also a good chance Tara will become involved with one of the women from the camp that Rick's group stole the guns from. Probably the girl who shook Rick's hand after they fought off the walkers together.

Good point. That would be really great for Tara. I think those two would make a cute couple. The girl from Oceanside really seems to like Tara.

You think she might get involved with her ? Although the woman DOES look mightily (even overly) lesbian, I had sort of a feeling about Cindy. I don't know why, but it seems like she's the one I might see involved with her. The other does not srtike me as being her type, but we'll see.

To the initial question, I remember someone making a joke on some YouTube channel describing TWD as "a show where you have to beware when a secondary character is suddently given a lot of screen time as it means they're likely to die soon". XD

Also... (comic books spoilers following)

In the comics, Eric dies during the initial battle against the Saviors. Given the things mentionned by the OP (the additionnal screentime and the insisting on Jesus's homosexuality), it seems like they ARE slowing getting there. In the comics, it takes a lot of time for them to even consider the option while everyone is trying to match them. So far it hasn,t happened, but I get a feeling the show might want to speed things up with those two.

Fear the Walking Dead's Victor Strand and his boyfriend had a sweeter relationship than Aaron, Paul and Jesus combined.

Aaron Paul and Jesus had a relationship? I guess Jesse switched sides after losing Jane.

He could never love another woman again after she OD'd and died.
