It would be nice if they threw a twist at us and it was someone else but who else could it be? Tara? Jesus? Maybe the wimpier gay guy but even he seems unlikely.

Yes, Gregory is the obvious choice. It would be nice if they surprised us with someone we didn't expect though. Gregory shows up to spill the beans but someone else already beat him to it. And for holding back the information until it served his interests, Negan waffle irons his face and sends him home looking like Freddy Krueger.

Honestly, I don't trust that Junk Yard Group. Wouldn't surprise me if they aren't working for Negan. IMO, Gregory is too obvious.

Apparently Negan's crew found the gun storage trap that the garbage people set up in that house off the lake and the garbage people tracked them down like they did with Father Gabriel and Rick. Then Jadis told them about Rick's plans for the war. So Negan made a better deal with Jadis and formed an alliance.
