Mostly the zomie killing effects are pretty good except they never explain why a zombies skull became as soft as wet cardboard But now the wet cardboard is like iron compared to last mights show. Carol with the sign post went through the skulls like air. One walker very slowly walked into it and the sign post just went into it...very bad effect!!

Right. I can see flesh and skin becoming soft and fragile in a short while, but not bone.

Its always bothered me that (particularly in this show) the Zombies are shown to be rotting and in serious decay, so much so that we regularly see people easily pull arms off, just look at how easily the Zombie that Rick was trying to pull out of the car window in the previous episode falls apart. Yet, every Zombie has a strong full set of teeth, why are their teeth not rotting at the same rate as the rest of them?

For the same reason you find an intact set of gnashers in every grave.

OP has a valid point regarding the skull, you also find an intact skull in most graves. These things don't decay like the rest of the body.

But I'm not talking about real life, I'm talking about the confines of this show where we see zombies literally falling apart at the slightest bit of distress, apart from their teeth which stays strong.

But in response to your Skulls in graves analogy, the reason they stay after death is because once you die there is no longer bacteria feeding on your teeth so they stop decaying, whereas when you are alive your teeth are constantly under attack because of the bacteria. I'm sure you've seen the state of people's teeth when they don't look after them, but Zombies literally just eat and obviously have zero dental care so coupled with the length of time a lot of these zombies have been roaming and feeding a lot of their teeth should fall out, especially when they bite down on someone's arm and that person rips their arm away.

I want to see gummy zombies joy joy

Obviously it's not something that's really important considering how ridiculous the concept of a zombie is in the first place.

Clearly you missed the bathroom scene last episode where Rick and Michonne stumbled out of a bathroom stall after having a quickie only to be confronted by a gang of zombies brushing their teeth at the sink.

joy I can imagine Negan getting some of his followers to floss the Zombies that he uses to guard the perimeter, got to keep them in top fighting condition!

He's clearly going to chrome their grills, inspired by Eugene's method of stopping them fall apart! smile
