I didn't think Carol was mopping around. She just got tired of fighting people so she needed time to herself to get a perspective on things. I understand how she feels. And Carol probably wants a new purpose. But she's going back into a war again because she understands the bigger picture - Negan needs to be stopped. He killed two of the best characters on the show. He's an asshole.

Hopefully Carol is going to go back into kick ass mode.
