Just checked out another board and..."I SEE TROLLS".
Weed smoking, video game playing, living in parents basement, B-word talking TROLLS. πΊπΊπΊ
I think we may need to escalate the, "REPORT, IGNORE" request. We may also need to put in a request marked "EXILE" and shoot π« them into space ππ π½ like what they did to the villains π΅on Krypton with the clear floating disc in space.
Seems like an argument may be in the works between new comers that just arrived today.
The honeymoon π°π period is coming to a close quickly. β³
Note: Weed πΏπ§ smoking π¬ optional...due to medicinal purpose. π€

Sadists are never satisfied with only online access. They always crave more like doxxing and stalking. Inflicting pain is like a drug to them.

29% seems like a serious overestimate. There aren't that many real assholes in the world, but the amount of trouble they cause is out of proportion to their numbers. Not to mention the level of attention they're given. Which is exactly what they're looking for. Yeah, if you're unhappy with your life you want to make things better for yourself. I don't understand how making things worse for others substitutes for that, or makes you feel any better. But apparently there are enough knuckleheads out there who do get something out of it. If you're looking to make sense of this I can't help you. People like that just strike me as sad and pathetic.

+chrisjdel: The 29% should read "of people tested", not population. The testing was done in a study for Psychology Today. But from what I've seen of life so far, do I think about three out of ten people get satisfaction from hurting others? Yup.

I was once accused of being a troll on the star trek board. I was serious about my question. If Vulcans came to Earth today and if a human had sex with a Vulcan under our LAWS he/she would be guilty of beastality. Was that a troll question??

Depends on the rest of your posting history. There's a troll from the old IMDB Walking Dead board who kept asking what Jenner whispered to Rick at the CDC. That could have been a legitimate question, but it wasn't coming from him.
Actually, our far-sighted politicians have never crafted laws that cover extraterrestrials or AIs. And they won't until we're actually confronted with a situation involving one or the other (I'm guessing there will be AIs long before we meet actual aliens). Bestiality only applies to animals. What legal status an alien being would have under our laws is a good question. I imagine a big ship in orbit would probably convince anyone with half a brain that they should be treated with respect though.

No. Kay thinks people who compare meanie mcmeanersons on the internet with mass shooters need to turn off the screen for a few days and take a few breaths.
