I was watching the teaser for next week's episode and there you can see that this group is of a mixed gender, so it's definitely not the all-female tribe (Oceanside). It looks like they are walked into some kind of junk yard arena and both Rosita and Aaron appear to be on their knees, perhaps in a fight.

That's the location where Rick and Aaron got the supplies where they had to go through the booby traps with the row boat filled with holes. Remember there was someone watching them and all they showed was the persons boots.
