It was possible to fix by a regular user, you just needed to remove them from all of the seasons. Only the correct cast entries were locked.

Not sure I understand how to do that. I removed the "all seasons" checkmark from both of them, but it didn't help. It removed them from the "Specials" season, but the appearance counters didn't change. In all normal seasons, they both are locked, so I can't remove them from all seasons.

BTW, some of the actors are listed as regulars in seasons where they weren't credited as such. I was adding missing credits to episode from season 6, and noticed that Jacob Anderson is added as a season regular, but he was not listed in the opening credits, he is credited as a guest star in the end credits. There are other oddities, most notably Kit Harrington and Iain Glen having more appearances than the total count of the show's episodes and Iwan Rheon being listed as two different characters.

In addition to the previous note about the regular cast (to keep it clean and don't mix different issues). Incorrect, but locked entries:

Season 1:

Harry Lloyd - appeared only in 5 out of 10 episodes

Season 3:

Jacob Anderson - was only credited as a regular (in the opening credits) in season 8. As mentioned earlier, in seasons 3-7 he was credited as a guest star.

Liam Cunningham - appeared in 4/10 episodes

Season 4:

Jacob Anderson - see above

Alfie Allen - appeared in 3/10 episodes

Liam Cunningham - 4/10 episodes

Rory McCann - 5/10 episodes

Season 5:

Jacob Anderson - see above

Rory McCann - did not appear in season 5

Season 6:

Jacob Anderson - see above

Rory McCann - 2/10 episodes

Season 7:

Jacob Anderson - see above

The initial issue has been solved, and the empty characters disappear. However, numerous inconsistencies in season regulars remain.
