Extra Details: I tried to add Jacob Anderson as Grey Worm as a series regular beginning from season 3. I always get an error, that he is already a series regular. I tried several thing, but I can't get him to show up, other than season 8.

That's new -> when an actress/actor is currently already added on episode level in any of the episodes of the specific season, you can't add her/him as a season regular to this season on season level. It's blocked, but the error message is misleading - what you have to do is go through the episodes of the season and remove her/him whenever she/he shows up. After that, you can add her/him as a season regular.
